About me
Carlos Hernandez has served as Lead Pastor of The Rock Church in Oregon, OH for 16 years. As He engaged in His faith community he was a member of the board for Water For Ishmael, a ministry that teaches English and helps internationals integrate into the Toledo area through the love of Christ and through church connections. He has recently attained His Masters of Divinity from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. His family has responded to the call of God to transition from pastoral ministry to serve as Missionaries to the unreached region of Central Eurasia. He loves the local church and believes with all of His heart that the local church is the light of the world.
