Gary and his wife Rhonda are lead pastors at Highway Tabernacle in Youngstown. Highway is a strong legacy church that has gone through enormous changes. Highway is located in a city that has undergone even more enormous changes. Gary has a passion for learning how to lead an established, even "stalled", church into embracing a culture of change without forfeiting honor.
