About me
James and Jill Barton started our pastoring journey at New Life Church in Poland Ohio under the leadership of Pastor Bull as youth pastors 23 years ago. A new call to plant Rush church came to us 8 years later. This has been an exciting road as Jesus calls us to love people as He loves us. We must be faithful to this great commandment because this love brings His greatest rewards. Today we are now serving and worshiping Jesus in a beautiful Jewish synagogue in Boardman. God has also given Rush a special call to serve the foster children of our area. Thank you Lord for this opportunity.
